   hat feeling of anxiety that descends upon each of us at certain times in our lives and that anxiety, as you know, is driven by fear. Fear of the unknown,  fear of what might happen, fear of what could be just around the corner.


We have a tendency to focus on the negative, rather than the positive, and the reasons we often give are that it is better to not expect good things so that we are not disappointed if they don't happen, or to be prepared for the worst and then when the good happens, that is a bonus.


But actually, that feeling of fear, of anxiety, can control your life. It affects what you do next. It can drive you. It can cause you to avoid certain situations. It can make you feel low. It can stop you from doing the things that you would do in your everyday life and in stopping you from doing those things, then you accomplish so much less than you can do. You do not reach your potential. You do not reach fulfilment, for you are always looking over your shoulder in case something negative should happen.

So as you see, it is important to focus on the positives, to bring in the light, the love, the happiness and the fulfilment for these energies will carry you so far and you will fulfil your potentials. You will have that sense of great achievement and you will want to be out in the world spreading your love and your light and your recipe for happiness instead of hiding away just in case something should happen that you do not like.
