hat is peace? Peace is that feeling that can come over you and tell you that all is well with the world, that you are safe, that you are secure, that you know what is going on around you and you don't need to worry, you don't need to think too much, you can just sit back and enjoy that feeling.
Within each of us is ‘a lake of peace’ that we can go to at anytime. The still waters within that lake create peace. Create this feeling that all is well with the world and the outside world can continue with its troubles, with its worries, with the non-peaceful way it has of being sometimes and you can just sit next to that lake of peace in your mind, look over the still waters and breathe. And as you breathe you will feel that sense of peace descend upon you and you will feel calm and rested and rejuvenated.
It is so very important to feel those feelings of peace within the chaos that is the world at this moment in time and so many have come away from that peaceful feeling within, forgetting that it is there. And the non-peace that they are aware is there, is affecting every aspect of their life – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually so that they no longer know where they are, what they're doing or why they’re doing it.
By sitting quietly and tuning into your lake of peace within, all becomes clear. You find the blueprint of yourself and you remember why you are here, what you are doing on Mother Earth, what helps you and what doesn’t help you. What is important and what you can let go – this will strengthen your ability to carry out your goals in the world but also, and importantly, it will improve your health
and improve your ability to reach your goals.
