          hat is transcendence? What does transcendence mean and what does it mean to you? What is it that you need to transcend, to rise above, to understand in order to keep moving forwards comfortably and happily within your life?


What is it that is keeping you bogged down in unhelpful thoughts, feelings, emotions – that circle of thoughts, feelings and emotions that continually circulate within your mind, keeping you busy, keeping you guessing and stopping you from moving forwards?


How do you transend those negativities? It is by realising that those negative
thoughts, feelings and emotions are a small part of you, that you can find it within you to transcend them. As you focus on them they seem to be so big and maybe able to engulf you, when actually if you focus on the opposite – which are the good things in your life – the things that buoy you up and keep you floating happily along on a tide of confidence – a feeling of control, a sense that you know where you are in your life and where you are going – then all of this can help you to move forwards.


This energy becomes increased, and increases greatly, over those feelings that are keeping you low, keeping you stuck and stopping you from moving forwards. There is a saying that where thoughts go energy flows. Keep your thoughts light, positive and happy – as happy as possible and do not focus on the negative for it is that that is keeping you stuck and also affecting your world in many ways.
