Spirit Within

Hello I'm Wendy,

Welcome to my Blog.

I am a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist and have been working as a Therapist for over 22 years.

Apart from the many hours of study and experience I have of working with my clients, I have also been on an amazing spiritual journey and at this point in my life I am reflecting on my knowledge, experience and intuition and would like to share my thoughts in the hope that they can inform and inspire you too.
